I have recently purchased Dr. Jeffry Thompson's BrainFitnessKit, AlphaRelaxationSystem to sooth your mind and body. It included two audio cds, a yoga card kit, and some aromatherpy balm. The price was $10 american.

It claims to activate alpha brainwaves, which it claims are specific to serene and pleasurable states of relaxation and meditation.

So far, I have found the contents relaxing. My question, how big of a crock is it? Anybody?

I too have found this product relaxing. It was eclipsed by only one other product, the Brainwave-Plus E.B.O.. I was fortunate enough to receive one of the final offerings before the company went belly-up. I may be open to haggling.
