SO at what points were there significant style changes? I was looking at the wiki article on Sinfest and thought there should be mention of how the style has progressed and been refined but I wasn't sure on the exact strips where transitions took place. I was thinking there have been what, three four major adjustments, not counting the addition of the colored Sunday strips.

With the exception of going to grayscale (which was mentioned in a strip - something about shades of gray, I think) I would guess that most stylistic changes were the result of gradual refinements over time. I don't know this for certain, though, so you're really going to have to just go through the archives yourself and see if you notice anything.

every comic strip evolves and changes over time, even the ones completely "drawn" on computer (i.e. Real Life). Anyone would be hard-pressed to note specific dates that it changed from A to B.

He often reverts back to certain styles for certain characters and scenes.

I noticed that he often uses the old style when he work with the devil.

And that might be because he still had some older comics lying around, so he isn't neccesarily uploading them in the order that he draws them.
