Yorick:I'd forgotten that that fact was also mentioned on the list.
It just seriously baffled me that kids don't play that game anymore. I love that game!
Mouse: It's even scarier that the singer for AFI has a very similar haircut in the video for "Miss Murder". O_o |

oookkay....... I can see where this list is going and agree with parts of it, but it's STARTLINGLY condescending/archaic in its views on some of the points.
|
Maybe they wouldn't be so condescending if you kids weren't so dumb. _________________ "Whatever afflicts thee, their asses I shall kick"

2010...wow, I'm 10 years older than you, and will be celebrating my 10th year class reunion the year you graduate.
*edit* wait unless you mean graduating from college... _________________ Eureka00: "Reminding you of your addictions" since 1982. |

I'm pretty sure this is a zit cream, not a wrinkle one. |
It started on the market as a prescription treatment for acne, then it was discovered to have the side benefit of reducing wrinkles in older acne sufferers, so it is also marketed for that use as Retinol.
Rogain was originally developed as a medication to control high blood pressure, then it was discovered when applied topically, re-grew hair.
Many anti-seizure medications (Neurantin, Topamax and Depakote, to name three off the top of my head) are now prescribed for treatment of bipolar affective disorder.
There's a lot of medications out there that were developed for one use, and now are prescribed to treat a number of different conditions. _________________ The two most abuntant elements in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity - Harlan Ellison |

I guess -all- the side effects can't be bad. Weird. Good to know, though. |

my brother used wellbutrin to quit smoking. it was originally used as an antidepressent for mildly depressed people, then they found that users spontaneously quit smoking. my brother always likes his doctor's take on it = "it turned out to be a genuine side effect!" _________________ aka: neverscared!
