Lest it be said that the applied context of the quote is accusing the administration of Nazi-like sinisterry, you should probably pair this with the observation that the road to hell is often paved with only the best of intentions. |

I wouldn't accuse the bush admin of having good intentions, or of being nazis. Retention of power at all costs, and projection of a right-wing christian idealogue maybe, but never good intentions, or nazism.
