Odd. I didn't like it. Sure, it's cute, but it's mindlessly cute. I much prefer the ones with some form of philosophical/psychological insight, and this feels like "Ready-to-use cuteness mix. Just add pre-existing characters."

well, but to me the pre-existing characters add a lot of depth to it - as this glimpse into their lives adds more depth to them. (i mean, who would have guessed the devil walks his own dog?)

plus, it's just beautiful in the way it's drawn - the neat little touches like the eye color, and the simple few lines of percy's rump as he perches on the garbage can (which is _exactly_ the way cats balance on the edges of things).

sometimes sundays are just about kicking back and enjoying the day, you know?

oh, and i really like the last row. it reminds me of my kittens - one minute they are tearing around like lunatics, and the next they passed out in a heap. (i'm usually not fast enough to catch the intervening, droopy-eyed stage.)

this is just as "philosophical" as the next strip. it just depends on your philosophy.
