Panel 3 is cute. Poking herself in the face.

For those that criticised Fushia for not leaving a note... answered.

(And I need to change the colour of my "nose dildo" signature)

Oh my Zamorak, remorse...

This comic evokes emotions I've never felt in a Sinfest comic before. Fuschia wasn't being ignorant of Blues feelings after all.

Bravo. Love the colours in the last panel btw, works so well.

In panel 17 Blue is clearly reaching towards the picture with her left hand, but in panel 19 she's touching it with her right. This unforgivable discrepancy has completely ruined what might have been a passably mediocre comic. Harrumph, Tat. Harrumph indeed!

Not, that aside, ... wow. Definitely tugs at the heartstrings.

So, anyone want to pick a musical score for this strip?

I was kind of hoping today's strip would advance the plot a little further or at least provide new info. Although, don't get me wrong, definitely an effective emotional piece, it doesn't really tell us anything we didn't already know.

Except perhaps that Blue considers Fuchsia's actions a bit more dire than one might have anticipated. I mean, even if Fuchsia's quit, Blue can still see her in everyday life the same way she sees Monique, Slick, etc., right? I mean, it's not as if they'll never see each other again.

Right...?

Oh, and we also learned that Blue can destroy things from a distance without fire (Panels 10-11). That's new.

Even if we don't count 'Nique (and I would), we don't know that Fuchsia is Blue's only friend. Closest friend, yes, but there are other Devil Girls behind the scenes and, as is ever the case, we never see Blue off-work. In lieu of any more decisive action, maybe Blue will end up crying on 'Nique's shoulder.

"Thanks for being my friend" seems like a rather mild goodbye to a former lover, but obviously space restriction was a factor.

Detail alert: In Panel 20, broken glass on Fuchsia's bed from the picture Blue cracked.

I'm not sure if I want the upcoming week to continue focusing on Blue, shift back to Fuchsia, or wrap up things with Pebbles and Li'l E and Seymour. I won't be surprised if it's None Of The Above.

Since it keeps coming up, I checked and here is the only strip that definitely features Chaos Butterfly:

http://www.sinfest.net/archive_page.php?comicID=2769
('cause, see, he/she identifies him/herself by name there)

And here's a strip that expands on that strip's theme:

http://www.sinfest.net/archive_page.php?comicID=3001

If it's the same butterfly in both strips, then clearly Chaos Butterfly is orange, not pink.
