Not everyone is a victim, at least not to the point of excusing the wrongs they commit against others. I certainly don't believe she had it easy as a child, and clearly she got messed up pretty good. Having said that, she's not psychotic, and knows the difference between right and wrong.

I don't think she had a chance. Her father just wants to be famous and her mother tries to live vicariously through her. They're enablers, not parents.

I honestly believe this girl will end up dead or in jail. Right now she is doing well with her probation, but it's just a matter of time. She's inherited the recklessness of her parents and there's no one in her life telling her she's being reckless. She has yes people.

A prime example of this would be Michael Jackson. When he was going off the wall no one told him. They would fear being cut out of the perks of being in his inner circle. I'm sure something similar happens with Lindsey.

As far as child actors go... I realize there's a need for them, and that we can't just CGI them in. But I think if parents really believe their kid is good or want to let them live their dreams they have to set the ground rules right off the bat. They have to find a balance in the beginning.

And most of this has to do with the healthy state of mind of the family and the child. Because if it's an unhealthy situation before they're famous, it will continue to be and be in tabloids after they're famous.
