That translates a little too closely to "know your place woman" and for the purposes of discussion it's the kind of phrasing you're going to want to avoid. |
Arrogance isn't a quality exclusive to people who are wrong.
Everyone can be arrogant if they aren't careful.
So the Sisterhood has to be careful. So what?
I ain't saying they have to be silent. Their rhetoric just needs to be better timed. Evenly spaced with scenes of the injustice they fight against and their own legitimate solutions to society's problems.
It's like if you keep going on about how bad "x" group is, you begin to sound like a bigot, even if you aren't actually one. Negative talk should be followed with positive action, not more negative talk.
Edit: And on this subject, the Devil should be the arrogant one. Cause that's the big sin of the patriarchy. "I'm better and know better than you."
The Sisterhood should never come across like that. Ever. Which is the point of my original post.
They ain't trying to force anyone to do anything in that playground. Letting people just be people.
Sisters should have a "humanity is naturally good" vibe to them, not the typical "male lust/piggishness needs to be controlled" we've seen so far. There should be a sense that that's not how people are naturally. That we're made for more than just fapping to pictures on a screen or staring at others on the street.
Equality, not trading one tyrant for another.
Tat just needs to show that the latter is not the case and they're after the former.

The arms of the glasses would be behind his ears, in this angle his ear is aligned with the edge of his face, there's nothing to see, soi again, how can you tell if he isn't wearing his glasses when you can't see any of the front of his face? You can see Crimnee's glasses because of the angle.
