So as someone, like Dogen, who can't quite afford REALLY good cheese, my goto's are

Also I've been getting this from the deli to put on my roast beef sandwiches and turkey sandwiches, gotta have it sliced thin:

also I've been rockin' it on genoa salami and bologna on rye sandwiches with spicy horseradish mustard.

cabot creamery really is excellent, their greek yoghurt is better than most of the fancy brands and probably the best you can buy without importing the bacteria yourself and making it.
