Of course an atheist could be tempted by an ad like that; they're not immune to sexy imagery. (considering some anti-atheism arguments, one would think atheists revel in sexy imagery)

Well, now I can see how it was constructed.

I do not like that gif.
it's even more poorly made than my version of it
They could have at least made the muscles stretch properly instead of just pivoting one part of the image. The one with the elephant is significantly better.
I do find this amusing, though:
