Psshht everyone knows the "opposites attract" theory is common love-story/shoujo manga fodder! And I happen to agree with it. Of course thats not always the scenario but it is very cute when it does work out. |

Sorry for the kerfuffle, I was just trying, badly, to make a funny reference as everyone seems to have figured out.
I suppose I should have thought through the reference to Oglaf a little bit more given the nature of a good number of it's strips, but I thought the ones in question were pretty prosaic. I'm really sorry, I would never intend to bring up sexuality in a situation where it's not directly relevant to the subject at hand. |

I neither got the reference nor associated it with anything sexual. Also, it's a good comic. So, uh... _________________ butts |

It seems (and is proven by the latest comic) that these arrows are simply distilled love, with no real intent to make matches. But if two people are shot within proximity of one another, they instinctively go together. _________________

Can you imagine if you were sitting next to a hobo? Ew.
Cupid is creeping on a higher level. _________________ Sinfest Comments Bingo because we like Schadenfreude~ |

| You and that hobo would love each other deeply, so I don't see a problem here. |

You don't see a problem with forcing people to love people they normally wouldn't? |

Yea, but the point of cupid isn't that he's forcing people to love each other, he is merely the metaphysical manifestation of natural attraction.
Also Oglaf is my favourite comic on the internet by far. |

Some hobos make washing up a priority.
edit: accidentally typed 'people' instead of 'hobos' because apparently some part of my brain has difficulty labelling people as things _________________ butts |

I guess that I must confess that I wasn't making a policy statement supporting or denying either side. I hardly skimmed over the opposing post as it was. I simply have no interest in furies or discussions about furies (flamewar \= discussion) and so while being only vaguely aware of the finer point of debate that I can only assume were being utilized, when my mind drifted to the idea of a squirrel and otter having tea.... well I'll let you draw your own insights as to what, if anything, can be inferred there. _________________ Formerly Green_Finn

Apologizes for the double post and feelings of disdain I seem to be generating in you... but the dude just looks like he's about to go all ninja gaiden all up on starfox. _________________ Formerly Green_Finn

Aw how come? As far as mythological vengeful spirits go Furies are quite a nice bunch of ladies.
Or were you referring to furries? |
