you know, i'm starting to worry about how bad a hangover seymour is going to have - he is really looped.

but fern is really so sweet in the fourth panel - you can see she's really happy for squig.

Really, am i the only one melting contemplating her compassino and her raised brow there ?

About the 4th one, i'd say she's not "happy" but rather touched and moved by those hugs.
I'd say she looks at them like she could look at two playing kitties.
If she'd raise he voice here - she'd screem something like "cuuuute" or "kawaiiiii"
