Being a regular commentator on YouTube, I've witnessed this happen. A maker of cute/amusing animations suddenly revealed a talent for making porn games (using the same characters, incidentally), and people lost so much of their shit, it was frankly stunning. An army of trolls could feed for a year off the angst generated.

Miss M doesn't do NSFW artwork of which we are aware. I've raised a teen-aged daughter and I've learned not to assume; they are capable of infinite surprises.
