ok, wait, that can probably be misunderstood. i mean, it is a good thing that it is your choice to look for another job, hope you get one that appreciates you quickly before this one kills you.

although i'm a little confused about the new job being near the girl who is moving in with you. your english geography is terribly strange.

Monkey I would if it were mine. Example of the bullshit I'm dealing with: someone submitted an application to extend the club's trading hours to the council and police SIGNED IN MY NAME and the first I heard was when the police called me to refuse permission. And now no-one is admitting to signing them, and one director even suggested I'd simply FORGOTTEN completing and signing two eight page legal documents.

It's beyond fucked up.

Anyway, enough of my whining.

ditto.

of course, that probably won't add tons of joy to your regular life, but anyone who thinks it's a good idea to sign someone else's name to legal documents needs a bit of a reality check. you don't want to find out that been doing things like signing checks for you.

No point, these people pay my salary and put a roof over my head. And the girl is presently in the North. I want her to move down here. But if I'm going back up North anyway ...

So you think one of your bosses signed your name? That's shady.

whatta rough spot, gary. sounds like you're going ahead and doing the right thing which is to get out of a shitty situation as soon as possible in order to mitigate some other future sketchy situations. bleh, hopefully everything works out with finding a new job -- this will probably make tits mcghee happy (why are we referring to her as this?!?!? doesn't she have a name?!), right? i think you mentioned her not liking your job and blah blah something something

I think if we referred to her by name or as anything other than Tits McGhee we'd forever ruin her chances of finding gainful employment ever again, should a google search bring them here...

I want Mr. Gary's life to return to the less-stressful never-ending cavalcade of comedy that it used to be, for his sake (and for ours.) I hope everything looks up and gets better, and that the accountant and night club get what's coming to them, without ruining the awesome stuff Gary's already done.

Up north? are we talking Newcastle-north? I met some folk from there the other day; took me a few minutes to realize they were talking English (sort of).

Outlined in great detail to our accountant a contingency plan for the pub & nightclub should I suddenly become unavailable for work. Also reiterated certain grievances, including the forged licensing documents, whilst mentioning that I now hold the originals of said dox.

Gas supply cut at the pub today. So no kitchen or heating there.

My plan means all my team at the pub end up with new jobs, even if I'm gone.

It means I have leverage, enough to shut the entire business if needs be, and cause serious legal problems for the directors.

I'm really going to have to go out on a limb and just walk from my job. I've sent off a few applications.

Twelve months after last getting royally screwed by an employer, I'm going to end up unemployed again.

I should point out I was totally calm and non-threatening during the conversation, but stressed how much I want to be helpful even if I were to leave.

yay, gary! that sounds totally awesome. knowing that you have the originals, so can prove forgery if necessary, should help focus their attention.

someone oughta _build_ you a pub. get halen on it.

I fucking hate looking for work with the fiery fury of a thousand suns.

But, dear god it's good to be back home. Oregon has welcomed me in the proper way, continual downpour, I love it.

I so wanted it to rain today.

It didn't.

I guess that was good for shopper.

I dunno.

I stayed home and posted a few [urlhttp://phynedyning.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/occupy-receipt.jpg] Buy Nothing Day[/url] messages. Mostly to people who were also home.

Because I'm badass like that.
