Have you *ever* heard a women or girl claim that they want to be like Madame Curie? I have not, or any other woman else for that matter.
Here:

Sally Ride, Shirley Ann Jackson, Mildred S. Dresselhaus, Chien-Shiung Wu, Dona Bailey, Grace Hopper, Philippa Fawcett, Myrtle Bachelder, Sofya Kovalevskaya, Kay McNulty.

Off the top of my head, those are ten women's names—Olga Holtz, increasingly, and Carolyn Porco—twelve women's names I regularly hear mentioned as sources of inspiration, idols who have led and/or are leading others to enter their fields. And that's just in mathematics and the physical sciences.
So women have lots of role models, what's the problem?
All of those women are on record about the rampant misogyny in their fields.
I suspect that to a woman they were also rampant misandrists. I realize that in today's world that's OK, so what more can be said?

"Why do they have Al Gore's dev working on Romney's social media development?!" blogger Catherine Ann Fitzpatrick asked. "Truly, how can they expect dedication?" Yeah, it's true that that's racist!

I would have included Jocelyn Bell Burnell in that list. She was cheated out of a Nobel prize by a cheap snub but she is widely distinguished and regarded as one of the 20th century's finest minds.

Conservapedia is just too easy to abuse for this thread, but I got tickled by the category at the bottom of this page.
Wheeeeeeee! I'm going to use this as a checklist to start diagnosing people as "liberal" when they argue with me on things like climate change or secular government.

Fifty Shades Of Grey is a Liberal Trait?!

Also, it was originally called MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE?! We have about fifty million copies of it in the bookstore, I wonder how many I can deface with "I HAVE THE POWER" before I get caught.

Does the following sound familiar?

If you or someone you know suffers from Liberalism, seek help at your nearest church or gun show. There is hope.

Have you ever wanted to be up close to He-man?
Have you seen a grown man naked?
Do you like Gladiator movies?
Have you ever been in a Turkish prison?

I can't tell if you're Yoricking and quoting vaguely related lyrics or sexually harrassing me.
