If nothing else, you should check out psycho pass, -- it's pretty, deep story, interesting characters, and overall a home run. Although, From the New World is pretty damn impressive as well.
All my bias, but whatever. _________________ ...if a single leaf holds the eye, it will be as if the remaining leaves were not there.

I just realized
I stopped watching cartoons for a couple of months just before Chihayafuru's animation run ended
and I really enjoyed Chihayafuru
but I haven't seen like the last three or four episodes, nor have I read any of the comic.
I think I'll get up to date on that before I get into any other series. _________________ butts |

Hajime no Ippo has been serialized since 1989. If the manga kept up with real time the main character would be 39. I still read this manga and am addicted to it, FML. |

My friend has asked me for help and I've no idea. She said, "my sister loves this kakashi somethingorother. What can I get her for Christmas?"
I've no idea who that even is. Help? |

Yes, it's nothing of note. |

Dragonball z is easy to follow, Naruto, at current , has like 200 or so "regular characters", and about 1000 or so between semi-regular and secondary characters.
The fighting games have had in total about 200 or so characters, with surprisingly few 'clones' of other characters.
Quote: | Also, Kakashi's back story has now been revealed to be pivotal in the main story (it's at 600 or so chapters now). |
Also if anyone cares Hunter x Hunter is coming back off hiatus in January and (MORE IMPORTANTLY):
WEEKLY SHONEN JUMP WILL NOW BE CO-CURRENTLY RELEASED IN ENGLISH ON THE SAME DAY AS THE JAPANESE VERSION HITS NEWSSTANDS VIA THE SHONEN JUMP ALPHA WEBSITE _________________ ...if a single leaf holds the eye, it will be as if the remaining leaves were not there.

Damnit, apparently she checked her bedroom, and she's already got Kakashi's dog. Any other suggestions? |
