Welp, I was wrong, Xanthe saving her wasn't that cool... it was deceptively simple.
Though Devil, take note on how she destroys them, all you gotta do is order a stronger and heavier metal. Xanthe will be either Knocked out cold, or end up with more in her mind than just smashing the Patriarchy. _________________ The Master of Toast! |

| I'm confused. Slick being able to control a robot was shown as a bad thing. Isn't killing a robot an even worse thing? These little spy bots are shown to be self aware enough to fear for their lives when they see the kill counts on the trikes. The buttocks one is down right endearing. I wouldn't call it murder but it feels morally wrong. |

Very good question, I'm guessing she's ok to destroy an AI that's obeying the "enemy". Though I would find it darkly humorous if she mistook the Fembot for a human, then when she hears the voice, she decides "better put this one out of her misery." _________________ The Master of Toast! |

At the very least, it's vandalism, right? _________________ I am only a somewhat arbitrary sequence of raised and lowered voltages to which your mind insists upon assigning meaning |

I'm not quite sure what leanings "bad thing" has, but:
Slick wasn't creepy for controlling a robot. He was creepy for faking a relationship using a robot.
Then he tried to demonstrate that his relationship with the robot was real, which was really, really creepy, because it tells us that he thinks real relationships involve one partner controlling the other. _________________ "To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others."

Or he thought he wouldn't be able to ever have a real relationship with a real girl, and wanted one with a fake girl. Yes creepy, but very was as well. This now means that slick has nothing, he can't have anything close to love, real or otherwise... _________________ The Master of Toast! |

This is far too perfect of an opportunity; I'd be remiss in my duty, not to link to this classic song from yesteryear.

Is that what you think was going on there? Your mind goes to some dark places. I can't even imagine how you came to that conclusion. |

That's certainly possible. And it's a very sad story. It in no way ameliorates the intense creepiness in thinking his relationship was real when he was controlling every action of his "partner".

Slick was using his fembot to pretend he was in a relationship. Someone walked by and called it fake. He dragged his 'bot to the reality zone to prove the relationship was real.
Yes, I think it is unmistakable that Slick has a very twisted and unhealthy view of what a real relationship is.
Does that help you imagine how I came to that conclusion? _________________ "To love deeply in one direction makes us more loving in all others."
