WELL!
That was quite an enjoyable day I had.
I read the posts from 'festers with cold beers to twin granddaughters and I thank you for your wishes.
My day was quiet, as predicted, except for the arrival of the printed copies of the first four 'Girl Genius' comics. I read them and caught up with the series. http://www.girlgeniusonline.com is the site. Fun strip--different from Sinfest but the humor is great.
Now it looks like it's back to the SOS again.
I'll get back to you later, tho!
Cheers

I really like Girl Genius (I have it open in a tab right now). I haven't bought the comics though. Are they any good?
And I hope that comment meant someone got my joke. _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

Lasairfiona:
Girl Genius comic books are printed on heavy stock and ought to be pretty durable. Volume one is in sepia instead of color but the others are Fine. Like Tat, they put lots of effort into the credits and prefaces. Humor is dry but good.
Thanks, Benny! I know you're busy so I appreciate your effort! *the jungle rot is receding nicely too.*
Merci, kame. Glad to hear from you. _________________ A government's principal occupation lies in curtailing and eliminating the natural freedoms of its citizens and then flimflamming them into paying for the service. ....Thorax |
