True, but nobody likes watching someone get beaten easily. It's boring as hell.

Au contraire, can there possibly be a greater symbol for the mass brainwashing of young girls than My Little Pony? And who do you suppose is upset that the mass brainwashing has not only failed against the Sisterhood, but is now the only comfort to the would be brainwasher?

...yeah, I'm gonna agree with Drowemos. The image of Big D sulking & clutching a plush toy? That's damn funny.

I meant that I don't think he's beaten. He just finally feels like he has to act against them now.

D-Man wouldn't go down without a hell of a fight I'd imagine.

Dude, you are the Devil. Literally the easiest target for smear ever. Especially with your fandoms.

Choose the fights that you can win.

Well, he didn't say he was going to sign his name to it, did he?

Not that he's likely to do as good a job at it as some of the commentators around here, anyway, though...

Big D is regressing to more child-like behavior over time. I wonder if this is a reflection of Tat's view of patriarchal responses to feminism.

are you actually comparing all the well-thought-out and utterly reasonable criticisms of the patriarchy storyline to temper tantrums?

i absolutely have no idea how you could possibly think that.

i'll be interested to see how many of the points of the smear campaign have already been exercised here in the forum.

Nor I. Temper tantrums make more sense than a lot of the "criticisms" we've seen posted here.

I don't think this is quite true. D-Man has been winning, period, for a very, very long time. The Sisterhood is new, and their small victories are constantly increasing in number. I think it's only a matter of time before they grind him down.

um...D-man, a.k.a the devil? You don`t "grind down" the devil. He never stops. He`s got a super energizer battery for a soul and keeps on going regardless of success or failure.

Sorry, was this topic done with? All the on-going forum topics are fun to read but I really have nothing productive to add to them.
Ciao

That doesn't conflict with what I said though. They may grind him down eventually, but he's still been winning the war so far.
