Second this is about the third time we've seen Big Sis/Gaia/Mercy, whatever we end up calling her, she was one of the workers in the 'Friend Zone' Reconstruction Sunday Comic. She was also in the last panel/picture of Grandma's Day Sunday Comic giving Bunny Ears to Little Sister.

Actually, it's the fourth time. Her first appearance is here - furthest in the background with an orange theme.

The anon that sends Sisterhood headcanons to me on tumblr frequently refers to her as Tawny, if that counts.

With that hair I sorta want her to have a natural/hippie-esque name, like Sunshine. But I like Gaia too.

Really enjoyed this Sunday much more than the last!

I think he got it in this comic, from the toxic waste. My interpretation is that nature has been hurt, which is being represented by Dragon.

Also, this is just cool!

death gave him the wound while chasing storytime... its been a while

Cool. Do you (Or does anyone) have a link?

http://www.sinfest.net/archive_page.php?comicID=4205

Which reminds me, I wonder what Storytime has been up to.

OOOHHHHH, I forgot about that one! That was a while ago. I guess it didn't heal on its own, because of the pollution or something...

DRAGON

Interesting, Mercy, with her long, loose flowing hair, off the shoulder t-shirt and visible brastrap looks a lot more feminine that most of the Sisterhood.

@Rockstar Racoon: Plus that wasn't an ordinary weapon, that was Death's own scythe, so magic. I suspect an ordinary weapon wouldn't even have scratched Dragon's scales

Minor artistic critique (actually more scientific than anything)

Blood is darker closest to the wound, so to make a realistic wound make the lightest color on the outside of the wound and the darkest on the inside.

DRAGON BLOOD

IT LOOKS COOLER THIS WAY

AND IT'S DRAGON BLOOD

also hey welcome to the forums

Ah, good point. In that case, I forgo scientific/artistic critique.

And thanks, I've wanted to join forever but never had much to say. It's been very amusing watching the forums over the past year.

I guess it's a toss-up between Tawny, Mercy, Gaia and possibly Jessica?

Go with whichever one you like best.

I kinda like Tawny best, but Mercy is also pretty cute.

If the different sisterhood members represent different branches of feminism, this comic fits in nicely. Ecofeminism now has itself a representative!

I don't think Gaia works for the new girl, or relatively new girl. Gaia to me is nature itself, or perhaps even the consciousness of the planet and all living creatures. I don't consider Gaia male or female, but rather a combination of both. The dragon represents that more than the girl does. To me she feels more like an environmentalist than anything.

My first thought was Perm-Girl but I won't insist on it.

The strip has now "revisited" all five Sisterhood girls who are apparently directly related to Nana or whatever her name is.

Let's see, how many more Sisterlings there are to go.

Whoever she ends up, she's gonna be my de-facto favorite, because she's got my hair. I might just be calling her Rune in my head.

Not that I 'spect anyone else to. She's just got my hair ^^

I presume those five are the core group with the others unlikely to get much in the way of characterization.
