Do you have a source for that?

Oh, nevermind, it's quicker to just show that you're wrong.

I heard it on the BBC. It does seem to have been mistaken (or I misunderstood).

This puts a new perspective on her rejects of a couple of strips ago. They weren't badly done, just too much for her to deal with.

If she has PTSD, talking about it won't automatically fix it. She needs a safe space and support to work through her ssues - and a therapist would be helpful too. But she only recently got out, so she may not be ready for the really hard work.

If this is devil's work, then it makes scary sense. Destroying her impassioned works that she treasures, torturing her with hallucinations.. Not directly interfering, just goading her down the route of destruction. Very in character.

What is the τέλος of a demon?

I firmly believe the only moral realism is for a thing to follow its purpose. A knife is a good knife if it cuts well, objectively.

What is the purpose of a demon? Can Fuchsia fight that purpose? SHOULD Fuchsia fight that purpose?

And who/what is it that defines one's "telos"?

A person is never a passive object of singular purpose and use, like a knife.

Is Fyoosh -only- a devil girl?

Do you not see her as a person?

Crim said once that she wasn't always a devil-girl, so that might also be something to keep in mind.

A knife doesn't care if it slices fruit or stabs someone through the eyes.

A person does care if you require them to stab someone through the eyes.

Because a person has sentience and a brain and emotional needs.

A knife needs to be sharpened occasionally - and even then, the knife won't give a damn if you never sharpen it or if you break it or if you throw it in a garbage heap.

A knife doesn't experience hunger. A knife doesn't have nerve endings that transmit pain signals. A knife doesn't start drinking or using drugs to dull the pain - because it has no mouth or digestive organs or pain to dull.

People are not objects.

Yeah... you might have been hearing that they now classify Asperger's under Autism Spectrum Disorder, and have changed the diagnostic criteria for PTSD (which is kind of a minor change).

Depends on what you believe in. I'm a big fan of Causes of flourishing myself. Others pick the classics, like a Creator.

Since it's where I define my morals from, yes.
Sorry you think my sense of right and wrong is "crap."

Your sense of right and wrong involve treating sentient beings as objects. That is pretty deserving of the label 'crap.'
