Basically, they don't represent "evil" per se. Evil is a very imprecise term. I feel that they're more like... sublimated emotion. Strippers, the scientist who obsesses over fembots, porn, all these things represent desire, yes, but they represent desires that are shut out of everyday life and can only be expressed indirectly. You have Fuschia and Blue, whose "dark sides" don't show up until they poison the client, again, an indirect expression of some VERY direct emotions. And, of course, you have the Devil, who wants to supplant God but can't, so he plays these petty little games with business and culture. Plus, he wants to take care of Lil' E, but it conflicts too much with the persona he's crafted.
