Argh so cute.
I prefer Pebbles. It sounds just like her. |

I don't really like the name Pebbles for her. Of course, I will refer to her as Pebbles on here when others refer to her as such, so as to not start a confusion... I mean, if you refer to her as Pebbles and then I immediately refer to her as something else afterwards, the possibility of confusion and not knowing who I refer to will come up... I just honestly think that naming her after a Flintstones character would be pretty lame, and it doesn't fit the color theme. And damn I love the color theme.
But here, lets make a list of potential names based on the color orange:
- Tangerine (in her early appearances she had the exact hex code as Atomic Tangerine, most likely based on archive tags)
- Sandy Brown (wikipedia doesn't seem to have a page for it anymore but it was the second closest hex when I was hexcode hunting during her earliest appearances)
- Apricot
- Peach
- Mango
- Clementine
- Coral
- Almond
- Auburn
- Tawny
- Sienna
- Cinnamon
- Copper
- Pumpkin
- Marigold
- Sunny
- Tiger Lily
- Dahlia
- Oriole
- Fanta
- Saffron (technically the name of a shade of yellow, but I looked it up, and saffron is actually orange? woa)
- Paprika
- Maple
- Dorito

I dunno, dude, Glossy was a VERY personal thing for me. I was so into that name at the time... but then again, I'm the one who came up with it... in my defense, at the time we were all under the assumption that The Sisterhood were meant to be distaff counterparts of Slick and The Resistance... so... considering Xanthe's her own character separate of him, of course that wouldn't work out so great... RIP

Tat used to tag Absinthe as Lime, too, so for a while I thought he was going to end up calling her that. But he didn't. It's possible the same may end up being the case here, despite this strip being tagged as Tangerine... _________________ Character Chart | Terminology Dictionary | Flashback Strips |

I'm not sure I could get over the cute of "Lily and Tiger Lily" because that's pretty freaking adorable.
I mean how many characters' ship name is a bouquet? I don't even ship them and I think that's freaking awesome.
(I also think it's hysterical when people say they 'ship the birds' in reference to Teen Titan's Robin and Raven so...) _________________ Samsally the GrayAce |

I'd be in favor of Tiger Lily. Wash out those terrible memories of Disney's Peter Pan. |

Yeah, I've always loved Tiger Lily's as a flower, they are pretty gorgeous. I'm glad I've never really associated it with peter pan. I never liked it all that much. Looking back I realize that, even as a kid, I think I was kinda miffed at the blatant sexism and I may have even picked up on some of the racism too. The only part I liked about peter pan was the fact that Tinker Bell could be full on homicidal and nobody cared or really even noticed because she was little and cute.

"I've always loved tiger lilies as flowers" or "I've always loved the tiger lily as a flower, it is pretty gorgeous" should sound about right. :o _________________ Character Chart | Terminology Dictionary | Flashback Strips |

Technically, I think you'd need a semicolon instead of a comma, unless you used a preposition like "as" or a conjunction like "because." _________________ "Worse comes to worst, my people come first, but my tribe lives on every country on earth.
