Ah shit, you're right. I thought he was just incredulous at Slick potentially being 21. As for where, I don't know in particular, but I'm fairly certain that's the age in one or another of the states. I'm no authority, however. |

| Heh, the only country that has age of consent at 21 (that isn't gay) is Madagascar. They must have some sort of population problem there... |
