Agreed. This one went way over my head. Don't know much about the buddha. Trying to find balance? Perfection? I don't know. |
How dumb are you people? Its Buddah, he is looking for the right tree to sit under, your not being asked to distinguish red between orange or anything. |

Are you serious with this shit? Obviously what we don't get is why it is funny, anyone can understand what the comic in the most literal sense. Well, kind of... I thought Buddah was supposed to be pretty hefty. |

Urrrghh.
There are future and past buddhas, and there is the historical figure of Siddhartha Gautama.
Seriously, just fucking look buddha up on wikipedia, it's sligthly more reliable than the signs out front chinese-restaurants. |

BUUUUUUUUUUZZZZZZZ!!
Wrong answer.
The True Buddha would have grown to fit the size of any tree, or just sat under the sun and let a passing Naga help, should he chose to.
I was thinking this is Chibi-Budddah, awwww Kawaaaaiiiiii _________________ Meu aerobarca esta cheoi de enguias |

My knowledge in Eastern history is spotty at best. But I learned that the fat, laughing Buddha was a creation of the Chinese. Much Chinese religion focuses on one thing - prosperity. Being fat means prosperity; living the good life and not worrying about straving.
the idea is that if Buddha was fat and laughing happily, then he must be prosperous because of Buddhism because all he does is Buddhism. Follow Buddhism, and good things in your life will come your way. Making sense? The original Buddha is a skinny guy.. supposedly. _________________ I was much happier when I thought Christianity meant simply being nice. |

I obtained my degree in wikipedia science at Harvard just last week actually. So I'd appreciate for you to not question my many years of hard work and pain-staking erudition, thank you.
Incidentally, I also have an associate's in bikini inspecting. : o _________________ I was much happier when I thought Christianity meant simply being nice. |
