I hope I am not overstating something obvious, but just in case someone wondered for real and the meaning was not evident from the context:

LF = Looking For, i.e. LF Plot = Looking for plot

At least in the online role playing communities it is a very common abbreviation, but of course, taking established abbreviations to a different community out of habit does not always work
