I didn't recognize it, but it's been a long time since I saw the Temple of Doom. I think it's the weakest of the Indiana Jones movies.

Nazis as villains trumps blood any day of the week. It's virtually impossible to make a movie about fighting the Nazi's and not have it be awesome.
