I had a subsitute teacher in my grade 12 biology class for a day. At the beginning of class she announced that she wouldn't give us any homework if we could guess her IQ. She was swelling with pride so much I expected she wouldn't be able to contain herself and would blurt out the answer before someone got it. Strangely enough no one else seemed to think this was terribly arrogant. I was the third person she asked since I sat in the front row. I told her I refused to be a part of her intellectual dick-measuring contest (using that analogy). I didn't get along well with her after that, and she left some nasty comments about me for my teacher.

No, that just tells me what I already knew - Sinfest is read and enjoyed by above average intelligent people. What's not implied by the above average IQ's is also something I think we already knew as well - that we are all intelligent with a fucking twisted sense of humor since we are here in the shadow of the great Tat.
Which is why we love these forums, they allow the wonderful interchange of ideas by intelligent, happily twisted people.

Oh yeah, and I had a 1530 SAT in 1979 and a 99 percentile in the ACT the same year. I was so sick the day I took the SAT I was sure I blew it, so I took the ACT to be on the safe side. Turns out it wasn't necessary, but it did blow away the HS guidance counselor who thought my IQ was a fluke and I wouldn't make it in the real world. When she saw my results was the first time I ever saw someone literally have their chin drop from incredulity. It was fucking awesome.
