I was wondering if it was worth it to get a handheld system. If I knew I could play with people online with it, I would have had a DS by now.
Does it just connect through a wireless router, or is there some special crap you need to buy extra for it? I would love to get some mario kart action going. |

it uses 802.11b and only supports wap encryption. i'll probably end up getting the little usb access point so that i don't have to screw up my wireless setup.
i have:
animal crossings
brain age
new mario bros |

If you don't have a wireless router, you can buy a $40 USB Adapter at any game store. I have a DS but I haven't been able to play online yet (My roommates next year will have wireless though, so I'll be online around august).
I have:
NintenDogs
Metroid Hunters
Mario Kart DS
New Super Mario Bros. _________________ Scire aliquid laus est, pudor est non discere velle

Until I scrape up enough spare cash, I'm hijacking my brothers DS, but I must say:
Advance Wars DS for the fucking win. |

I love brain age. I got my brain age to 21 and now I never want to do a check again, haha. I still do the training stuff, though, cause I want to get other things unlocked. _________________ Eureka00: "Reminding you of your addictions" since 1982. |

I just got a DS today, <3
I picked up:
New Super Mario Bros
Mario Kart DS
Brain Age
Tetris DS
and I had nintendogs, but my old roomie left his mario ds in my nintendogs case, so now I kinda have mario ds.
I'm just now playing Mario Kart, message me on AIM (SaintOfGeeks) if you wanna boogie.
Friend Code: 433866 - 756618
A side note: The way this thing shuts off whenever I back out of a menu drives me insane. |

My decals for my DS Lite came in today. They look pretty sweet. Now, I didn't put on the final decal on the bottom screen because that thing was a ROYAL BITCH to put on there. I got so tired of trying to get it on straight and centered that I just gave it up. Besides with the design I chose it doesn't really matter if I don't have it on because there is a bunch of white in the design too. Anyways, here are some pics.
note the fancy matching case that I picked up when I was in Madison. _________________ Eureka00: "Reminding you of your addictions" since 1982. |

Mario Kart: 244876 235712
Animal Crossing: 3007 1080 5012
I also have Lost Magic and Metroid Hunters Prime but can't get past the first and second levels so therefore won't play them online I haven't played Animal Crossing in a very long time and need to clean up some weeds at some point.
feel free to kick my ass on mario kart though. _________________ Morality: That instinctive sense of right and wrong that tells some people how everyone else should live their lives. |
