According to Google, it's a George Carlin quote.
"Atheism is a non-prophet organization."
(Sorry for the derailment, Zonedout.) |

It could work as, "Atheism: We're a non-prophet organization"
Mutating memes ftw. |

speaking of memes, this 'ftw' thing is getting rather out of hand. I saw it in a wikipedia donation comment yesterday (as in "10 dollars FTW!") and finally looked it up at urbandictionary, had just ignored it so far. Has Tat used it yet actually? Would/should be in a superscript obviously...
Well, muses ftw! I do think writing about muses all the time signals a certain lack of inspiration though. |

If this is lack of inspiration then I think more comic writers should have a lack of inspiration. |

I wouldn't know - I don't read any other comics.
Point taken. Hardly anyone is as consistently funny and creative as Tat. |

it certainly could mean he is having trouble coming up with ideas; you need a muse for that, so when you lack ideas you fixate on your muse. or it could mean he has found his muse and has fallen in love with her (classic mistake), and is fixating thusly.
I have developed a theory that tat has indeed fallen in love, and she is the hidden impetus for him leaving keenspot and the last half year's spat of hightened creativity after months of many random hiatus. also because on the front page he now says, "I love you with all ther madness in my soul," and before that something along similar lines. _________________ ... |

I'd guess she bears a strong resemblance to Monique. _________________ Jeux sans frontièrs... |

He's included her portrait in several comics in the last year. Well, a random "her". Pooch's master, which we've identified is probably Tat (from the comic strip drawing stuff when Percy trashed his flat), was painting a portrait of a woman a few months back, and the same face was in a picture frame next to his bed.

That is impressively stalkerish attention to detail. I think I vaguely remember the portrait. |

I remember that. Didn't we have a thread about it?
Wasn't it around the same time Percy had left and Pooch was lonely? |

I think that all us 'festers are his muses too, since he derives a lot of ideas from forum conversations and such...
