Day One: 55 miles.

Pros: Rhubarb Mullberry crisp and LambBugers. Nuns lip-synchin to the Sister Act soundtrack. Multiple building designed to look like Medieal castles inNorthwest Iowa. The fct that my new bke didn't blow up on me. The Loess Hills.

Cons: One rider in our group didn't prepare enough and had a hard time. 94 degree heat. The steep loess hills.
