yeah. she is a rescued dog that has aggression problems.

apparently its legal for a farmer to shoot any dog that comes on to his property.

*twitches, reminded of the other thread... guh*

Well, I hope she's well now. It's rough being a dog worthy of rescue. Neutral

here are Smudge and Pumpkin. They are opposites in every way. Smudge is feral, spayed, small, shy, splotchy colored, and only eats wet food. Pumpkin is tame, not fixed, has really big feet, outgoing, all orange, and only eats dry food.

we are only fostering them for now.

This, as you've seen in the other thread, is my Toby. She's dumb, but we love her anyway.

here are a few of the five kittens that have new homes.

heres is a kitten and the mother. The kittens were still nursing when we were taking care of them. (not so great for mama cat.) you can also see that the mom is still a kitten. remember to spay and neuter!

heres another of the mama cat. we are keeping her because she is cute. or because we somehow dont have enough cats already.

Trap Neuter and Release is a great program. An excellent way to keep the feral population down without lethal means.

We just had a cat come in today who has had two litters and is not even 1 year old herself. Incredible...

Dusty, the GSD is gorgeous. People can be so cruel, however -- I can understand why a farmer would want to protect his livestock. I love the grey kitten with the white marking; reminds me of my cat Two Socks Smile she was a great cat.

Kilgore, AWWWWW! Weimaraners are great dogs Smile

This is Tyler, I raised him from a kitten (he had to be bottle fed). He was something of a stray and was found under our porch. We couldn't find the momma cat. He now lives with a friend's parents.

here are our other cats. The calico is Boo and the tabby is Franny.

Fun fact about my house: there are more oriental rugs than cats and dogs combined.
