That third panel is so great! I wonder is Tat using some layering here, this is really a panel that was meant to be colored. It's a move away from the traditional 'just' SUPERB LINEART thing... and I didn't even notice it the first time round, must ave gotten distracted or something *whistles*
Oh and incidentally:
I got the colours right
(hadn't looked at this for a year, wish I hadn't now, it was better in my memory ) |

Or, he is just trying to lure and fool Slick
After all, he can't provide Slick's real muse, which is in my opinion when he realizes he has lost already and decides to have some fun with Slick's soud credit rating. *Captain Obvious, signing off* |

I love the sunday strips. The details are always just a little bit more than the weekday ones (I think). I don't think the devels tail was pointing to any were on purpose. It really just seems like the only place it could be placed. Oh the cane. The cane rules. _________________ Do it with authority. |

| I love this strip, especially the 'Nique picture on Slick's table. |

She hates immigrants and is part of a personal militia? The book wouldn't really make sense. |

I would disagree. Tat doesn't seem like the type of artist that would place something in a frame on accident.
He seems more like the meticulously type that layouts every detail.
I beleive it was intentional. |

It looks intentional to me, also.
He could've had it pointing slightly more downwards (diagonal); but, when he's drawing a tail pointing straight at, and next to, a lovecave, he's gonna notice regardlessly if it was originally intentional. Tat probably had evil brows and smirk on his face when he completed that part: "For my dirty readers"
edit: p.s.
I also believe the 4 women chosen are representative of Tat's personality. A bit o' rock, groove, emo, and Asian exploitation. |

Hmm... Where can I get in touch with the Muse Pimp?
And does he maybe deal pretty asian boys as well?
If not, s'cool, I wouldn't mind a rock chick (just not that one, kthx) or a lotus blossom. |

Big D is expanding his repertoire for getting souls. But if my count is correct, that's at least the 4th time Slick has tried to make a deal with him, but been unable.
Apparently, Big D has standards for souls? _________________ If something happened, I had no intention of letting this devolve into a fair fight. |
