You are weird. Is it on purpose?

I have been trying to understand that statement all day, and the closest I can come is this:

Quote:
absolument in a celestial creation that stabs the doctrine and `freshes the fannies .. ah, she is but a deux

I presume "she is but a deux" refers to yesterday's strip in which the sky was termed a readymade work of art, therefore a "number two". so, god mockingly absolves himself of his own work ("stabbing the doctrine" of mankind's belief in the creation story).

"'freshes the fannies" still eludes me. mankind is absolved as well?

freshes the fannies im sure refers to nique and slick bouncing off their rumps, but what it the point of posting such strangeness? Someone might think that one was trying to impress himself...

just because it is strange doesn't mean there isn't meaning behind it, or that this isn't how what's-his-face thinks. we don't much appreciate that fancy high-falutin talk 'round these parts isn't such a great attitude.

I don't think that is my attitude. However, I also fail to see the point of purposeful ostentatiousness. I simply wasn't impressed. I'm not going to waste my time trying to puzzle out some nutball's meaningless meandering.

ostentatiousness is fine. persistent gibberish gets wearing.

like I said, you don't know that is purposefully anything... earlier, you even asked if it was. but now you seem certain, probably because I've pushed you into being defensive about your position.

I don't think it is gibberish at all. oddly phrased, for sure, but containing meaning as well.

I don't mind having to defend my positions, whatever they are.

I had since reviewed others of his posts and now I see what he is about. Persistent gibberish nails it, I think. Sure, it has meaning, but if it takes a concerted effort for readers to find it (for example, one trying to figure it out all day), then it is poorly communicated. Of all people, I certainly enjoy a clever turn of phrase or imaginative word usage, but... yeah.

Generally, he seems to be trying to get attention through lackluster attempts as cleverness, and in this case, he got it. Wink

I always give him my attention, because though he may be difficult to understand at times I usually find what he is saying to be far more interesting than a lot of other, less "ostentatious" gibberish on these forums.

like the shit that pours from my mouth.

and his 'gibberish' is a reference to the cartoon character in his av who always spoke like that.
