I have "every step is pain" mornings most days, and I don't even drink the night before ... _________________ 88 NPH |

drinking may/may not help - it seems to be 'abuse'-related and altho 'hangover' is usually related to alcohol abuse.. not always the case. Yo bod tells ya in no uncertain terms when ya do it wrong - lots of folks have some nasties creep up on `em just by sloth or whatever. The pulsing #ing headache is the 'want-to-die' (personally, shooting psychedelic pain is kind of interesting for me . . fresh air, rest, real food and/or vitamins, a good steam, some tai chi, cold pax . . the list goes on&on&on `til ya feel not so much like dying the awful thing is sometimes we just don't know or don't recall what brought this on so it'll never happen again . . . |

I've never had a hangover where every step was pain...that would be insanity!!
I've had ones where every-step-is-making-me-wanna-hurl and other variations of the hurling scenario...
Never drinking 12 double shots of anything again... |

| That's an amazing transformation there, Van. You take off your glasses and suddenly, you're wearing a jacket! Wow! |
