The money angle really doesn’t go anywhere for a couple of reasons.

For a start, compensation claims are worked out based on the degree of negligence, not the value of the life lost.

the value of a human versus the value of a written work created by a human? seems to me that a person would be better, since they have the ability to create something even more moving and influential than shakespear, where as books will stay just books.

they better be a kid, though, or they're getting their ass dragged outta there. i have a 40 lb weight limit.
