if they dont sell all of that chicken within a certain amount of time it just gets thrown out...so a dead chicken there would be dead for nothing
|
and why have those chickens been killed? Because people eat them. Trust me, if people stopped eating chickens then businesses will stop growing and killing them. If people stopped buying them, then yes, there probably would be a brief period of oversupply, but that seems inevitable if there was a shift to vegetarianism. |

Because it amuses the rest of us.
What ifs don't happen if one doesn't start somewhere. If we followed your thinking, we would never have gotten anywhere. "These caves work just fine. I mean, who would build a house? What if nothing. I like my fireless, cave dwelling just fine." Perhaps the "monkey" in your handle is appropriate... _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

Nothing will save your life. No matter how cruel you are to animals, how much of their organic/non-organic meat you eat/dont eat, you will still die. all of us will die. _________________ -HamletSr |

Funny story, that!
If we stopped eating meat, then we would stop spending massive amounts of agricultural potential on foods designed solely to raise animals.
Since the method of energy transfer from plant--animal--human is something like a twentieth as efficient as plant--human, we'd be getting an extensively better energy input to energy output ratio. With that kind of output, we could damn near end world hunger.
But now you know! |

There were lower levels of heart disease before Columbus 'discovered' America. Did discovering America cause an increase in heart disease?
There were lower levels of obesity before the building of the Pyramids. Did building the Pyramids cause an increase in obesity?
There were less cases of diabetes before I fucked your mum. Did me fucking your mum cause an increase in diabetes?
Please state in which ways (there are various) people were healthier before adequate vegan diets became widely available. And then please draw the distinct lines of causation. If you would. |

Meat is such a touchy subject. Everyone gets all
>:O I HATE MEAT! YOU'RE AN ASSHOLE FOR EATING IT
and then
>_< I LOVE MEAT! I HEARD ABOUT SOMEWHERE WHERE SOME GUY GOT YELLED AT BY SOMEONE WHO DIDN'T LIKE MEAT AND THAT PERSON HAS NO RIGHT TO DO THAT TO THAT PERSON WHO I CAN SYMPATHIZE WITH!
They don't have these kinds of problems in Star Trek. |

yeah, because that food synthesizer just materializes out of thin air exactly what you order. You don't even need to kill a carrot! _________________ A person's character is their destiny. |
