Did anyone else think Percy's last line was a little off-kilter for his character? _________________ I have tried, so very hard, to like rap. Believe me, I've tried to get 'Home with the Downies' but it just makes me feel so very old

Not really; he is very sarcastic. Although yes, he hasn't been much given to obscentites in the past. Nice pose for Pooch in that last panel, love the crossed feet! |

well, i think too it was a little bit out of his character. He's a sarcastic and even sadic cat, but, i dont know, it was just vulgar. Not subtil enough.
Pooch, on the other side, still innocent of any crime, as ever. _________________ __________

Since when is turd vulgar? Shit is vulgar, turd is relatively polite. _________________ The older I get, the more certain I become of one thing. True and abiding cynicism is simply a form of cowardice. |

If you're an uptight, purist evangelist type, it is. Like, I dunno, mormons and stuff. |

Actually most mormons aren't all that uptight about everything. Common misconception, really. |

Vulgar: 4 a : lacking in cultivation, perception, or taste
Yes, it's vulgar.
This comic is odd. I am, however, amused by Percy's entry. _________________

Secret's right
Quote: | turd

1. a piece of excrement.
2. a mean, contemptible person. |
'Poop' on the other hand is just slang, not vulgar. _________________ ...if a single leaf holds the eye, it will be as if the remaining leaves were not there.

It is, indeed, a bit odd. probably a set up for a punchline strip in a few days. _________________ Dad said "No! You will BE KILL BY DEMONS" |

Even more more odd, there was a sequence in "Mutts" -- about a cat and a dog -- where they talk with a caterpillar, just last week.

but that would mean he actually started the strip when it ends for the rest of us, and it would appear to those of us moving forward that the strip is getting worse and worse and it used to be better and then we could be all crabby internet geek nerds "It used to be better! why does it keep sucking so much waaaahhh"
what was I talking about? |
