man, another month where i wish i could vote for everybody. i love the feel of heart's, the drama of tinarg's, the in-your-face comicness of meddler's, whathappa's nice turn with the calligraphy... - but i decided to vote for eWoud, because a) nice mood in the piece; b) very well done and c) i like the chutzpah of submitting a black-and-white to a coloring contest. yay for the power of shades of grey!

eWoud gets my vote. Black & white was a gutsy move. Not only that, he pulled it off extremely well. Despite the lack of colours, it looks to me as if at least as much, if not much more effort went into his attempt as any of the others.

My vote goes to Tinarg, as I really like the neon effect for the dragon in this strip - and it has been my background for the past couple of weeks now. Big up to whathappenamyhandle for rising to the challenge of colouring a calligraphy strip. I think it is very well done. So many good strips again...

The second panel of the Calligraphy one definitely did it for me.

I voted Tinarg because it was so damn epic I love the way he did the last panel... but I was really feeling Heart's and Dicola's.

Heart, handle, and ewoud gave him a run for his money but I gotta go with Tinarg as well.

Reverse to my last month's voting behaviour: Vote for eWoud & poll for DiCola.

I vote for eWoud for his/her innovative monochrome colouring. Although I agree with the fairly common opinion that the 4th panel would've needed something more, an outstanding job nevertheless.

I really wanted to vote for DiCola as well since the colouring art is as top-notch as always. The ability to break away from tried&tested colouring techniques is equally impressive. Keep up the good work & björknesque self-innovation!!

In my opinion, Tinarg's colouring is a really cool entry but we've seen so many winners made out of Shiny&Win that other entries were appealing to me this time.

Good job all overall.
