you know i had this idea....to take picture every day at the same time no matter where I am.
I don't let's say at noon...just take a snapshot of anything I see at noon everyday....
might actually do that

I saw that in a movie once. I forget the title and the plot, but one of the characters set up his camera in the same spot every day for several years and took a picture.

That picture makes me wish several things simultaneously. I wish I were close enough to that kitty to pet it. I wish I weren't allergic to cats. I wish I had a nice working camera again.

ok I am going ahead wth the idea of taking a picture at the same time everyday, however recycled-bastard made a good point. If I took noon as default time, there'd be a lot of pictures of work. So, I decided to switch it to 18:30 (6:30 pm for americans).

Every day at 18:30 I'll be stopping and taking a picture of whatever I see.

'It's 18:30! So what do I see, ah a truck coming towards me. Let me get the camera and take picture of that.'

Feel free, to scoff at or follow this idea. Razz

Every day at noon, I made an X where the shadow of a taget fell on the north wall of my shop. After a year I had the 'figure eight' pattern of the analemma for Denver's latitude. Eleven feet tall, no less.
