Really? Kind of a shit hole in my experience (primarily the New Meadows / McCall area). Pretty mind you, but still a shit hole. And the potatoes are more expensive and of poorer quality than you'd get in Oregon.

Unfortunately no, my camera is an old and very basic digital one. One day when I'm rich and infamous I'll have a camera that can actually do stuff.

Epiphytes. It's most likely a Pinus contorta that outgrew its soil base. But there was no bark, needles, or cones nearby, so it's impossible to be sure.
