Yeah, "preaching to the choir" here means that you are trying to persuade those who are already fully on your side.

I could see a devil church, but only as a topless rock'n'roll arcade bar.

I think everyone should experience a southern Baptist church once in their life. Just for the experience.

I went to a Catholic school in the Caribbean where every Thursday we had to go to a mandatory church service at eight in the morning.

Needless to say, I've never gone to one voluntarily.

I can't help but be worried for Seymour, that looks like one nasty case of jaundice.

I've been to mass quite a couple of times with my grandparents when I was younger, but that's nearly 10 years ago. Now I only go to church for weddings/funerals.

I go to church regularly (not in recent months).
My pastor reads Sinfest and thinks that the comic is hilarious!

Yeah. That'll scare any chance of religiousness out of anyone.

Those SoBaptists are crazy sheeplike, yo.

I swear, when i was growing up they were all like 'saved' this and 'saved' that, and i was just like, 'um, i'm a methodist, we usually just worry about what they're serving at tuesday night church dinner. '

Mmmmm I never was terribly religious but some of the butter rolls they used to serve were heavenly.
