Someone here once talked about Mint, and I dismissed it at the time for who knows what reason. Well, I've just rediscovered it as an excellent way to track my checking account, savings account, retirement account through work, and my Roth IRA all in one place. It's great! Thanks, Sinfest person. _________________ Scire aliquid laus est, pudor est non discere velle

Well my newest ailment has made running unbearable. Well, it's made a lot of things unbearable to be fair. Seriously, chest pains when running aren't anywhere near as fun as they sound.
However, my dad has offered me his old bike so I might take that and do a little biking everyday. _________________ I have a face, with a mustache.

CAN'T WAIT FOR THE CRAZINESS TO SETTLE DOWN FROM NOT SMOKING ANY MORE.... when does that happen? I'm almost at 72 hours without any source of nicotine. ASdlfkjasdf;lkasdf _________________ My blog is back bitches!! Check it out and comment: http://www.quixoticroads.com

Hold strong, Jen! You can do it!
Now that I'm done with the bar, I have two big self-improvement goals.
First, I need to get back into shape. I spent a lot of time this summer studying (and more time procrastinating) that I would otherwise have spent working out, and I've definitely suffered for it. I need to be lean and mean again before I start my duty assignment in October.
Second, and this is probably more important in the grand scheme of things, I need to change my media consumption habits. I spend far too much time online, and not enough time doing other things. It's easy to spiral down the rabbit hole of blog links and realize that I've blown a whole day reading short-form news articles that I'm probably going to forget about before the next morning anyway, and I find myself doing it far too often. As a result, I'm not reading other things, like books, that will actually improve me as a person, and which I will enjoy more in the long run. So, for all that this is an ironic place to talk about this, I'm going to try hard to start spending much less time on the internet and more time in meat-space. _________________ "Whatever afflicts thee, their asses I shall kick"

Yeah, I stopped checking some funny sites and doing some silly things that I really enjoyed but would just eat my time. I didn't miss them after even a couple days.
So it has been two weeks since I had a big treatment on my poor spazy girl bits. I have only had one spasm since. Now, that is because I haven't been kicking at all for two weeks - punching only. Now I can start doing some kicks but all super soft and gentle for at least a month. I have to treat this like physical therapy. And physical therapy is frustrating and slooooooow.
Also, my arm feel awesome. I kinda like this punching only thing. _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

I understand! Just don't forget about us little people every now and then. I hope everything is going well for you.
I have been working out this week and watching what I ate to make sure I didn't substitute food for the cigarettes. So far so good! _________________ My blog is back bitches!! Check it out and comment: http://www.quixoticroads.com

Three weeks. I need to get back on my working out regime though. I've slacked on that. _________________ My blog is back bitches!! Check it out and comment: http://www.quixoticroads.com

Any particular reason for the cut of dairy? _________________ I have a face, with a mustache.

My body has decided that it must go... (Lactose Intolerant)
I have been replacing it with Almond Milk/Coconut Milk and Soy where I can't find the other two. |

Ahem.
Avoid milk as it suits you (sometimes it just isn't worth bothering with findig pills, ensuring you took enough, etc) but you don't have to eliminate it. _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.

I think I'll slowly add it later on with pills, but I am extremely happy with the way I've been feeling lately. I do miss cheese... |

Get a BabyBel cheese round, take two pills, eat the cheese (just one!) and see how you feel! Also, it is delicious! _________________ Before God created Las he pondered on all the aspects a woman might have, he considered which ones would look good super-inflated and which ones to leave alone.
