Change in art style? I think so. I don't like it...

More non-punchlined comics. Is the story significant enough here to merit this?

What is Slick doing in the third panel?

It looks like reaaaaally old Sinfest got mashed with the new, and yeah, I'm not fond of it either.

Either something really hilarious better happen at the end, or... well, I don't know. Do we want to see this go all the way? After all this time it's kind of neat, but it seems impossible that it'll go through.

Third panel, Slick looks like he's touching 'Nique right there, but I think that'd get a different reaction.

Jesus, are you serious? I mean hell, I understand I come to this site for cheap five-second laughs, but come on, can't Tat try to do something that actually affects you?

As for the art-style... the lines at least remind me of some calligraphy sorta thing.

I like it.

You haters.

^THAT WAS A JOKE.

I personally take it as a hand gesture of respect--or it could just be just one of those silly hand maneuvers people like to use in conversation, pointless but helps them.

I'm wondering about the instant disintegration of the grass from panel 3 to 4.

It's just plot development, gunning up for a dramatic showdown.

Or a crappy crappy crappy series with an anti-climactic end.

Either way...

I hope he sticks with the new style. I'd like to see how it evolves.

He is making a gesture as he walks by. Im confused as to why that panel is flipped 180 though.

Not every comic needs a joke at the end.

to make the strip more visually interesting, less repetitious, etc. there's not much action going on otherwise. or, to visually demonstrate slick's personality reversal. or, to prove that he can draw a scene from any angle and maintain continuity. or, because his muse told him to. or, because someone held a gun to his head. or, to tell us where the secret tomb of jesus is.

You forgot about the Tat Joy.

Although not every comic needs to have a joke, I consider a normal non-sunday comic such as this, which only serves to further point out something that's been the focus of several strips already, is worthless.

Also, I liked the Sidewalk Rage arc.

This is the first we've gotten of Monique's reaction.

but you don't care about the trees that disappear entirely after panel 2? why do you hate the trees???

and monique's last line _is_ a joke. you don't honestly think she's seriously forecasting the end times, do you? she's making a humorous observation on the unlikelyhood of slick's new behavior.

honestly, people.
