it's a step up from being a 12-year-old boy for the past ten years of my life, i guess.
i've decided that as an adult, i can choose/afford to do all the things i've wanted to before and damnit, i'm going to do them.
also we had to stand up and introduce ourselves during orientation and say a fun fact...i said i played magic the gathering and i'm hoping that opens doors for other players to come join me. muahahaha.

I was coming back to clarify that "teen boy's wet dream" was probably more appropriate - hot woman into geek hobbies. There are entire cons full of men who dream about meeting a woman like you. And probably normal people too.
I'm glad you're doing what you want. That's the best part about being an adult, and reaching the point where you give just a little bit less of a fuck what other people think. It's liberating.
