Congrats!
But what's a white coat ceremony?
I really love reading your work-related stuff, btw. Started doing a PhD on using numerical models of myocytes last year, all very computational stuff and in some ways very far removed from anything clinical. So it's really cool to get a look into the other side of stuff |

Got roses delivered today! A friend sent them because I am adjusting to living in a new area and new job and they wanted to let me know they were thinking of me. |

| The Kobo Glo finally has some real US distributors! So I ordered it from Powell's. In 4-9 business days, I'll finally have an e-reader. |

Do you actually a get a short white coat?
And if you did, is there some sort of coat length hierarchy? How short or long do these coats go? _________________ Tsosm! Now trying out a trashier front page. |

i missed this - does this mean we finally get a doctor in the family?
martian - around here, yes, you actually get a short white coat (for med and pharmacy students), the med students do indeed get a long when when they get there degree (i think - all the ceremonies i've ever seen are for the med students. but the doctors around here run around in long white coats, with their name embroidered on and everything.)
and short is like a blazer, long is a lab coat (knee-length). _________________ aka: neverscared! |

i did! it has a nametag and everything, haha. it's about hip-length; mouse is right; we get short white coats during school and long coats when we're out working on our own. i'm not in med school, though; i'm in a physician assistant program.
it's really exciting and wonderful but anatomy is being kind of ridiculous.
cadaver dissection's been pretty cool, though. _________________

I don't want to think about a mouse enjoying a cadaver, TYVM. _________________ The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference.

Few days ago I discovred that
A Lesson is learned but the damaga is irreversible updated!!!!
I read it just now, and man I love it. It's always so over the top with the art and the story.
I love it.
Last night when going back home I lost my glove,
this morning I found it about half way to work. Imagine my luck! _________________ Tsosm! Now trying out a trashier front page. |
