After two days of 95+ weather, a cold front came down and cooled things down, and will keep doing so until Friday. Yay!

Not as spectacular as your pleasures, but hell, a welcome change from an early spring/summer is amazeballs.

Your cabbies here are kinda shit. The one today yelled at Patty for not getting in the curb side door but yet he had it locked. Then he was so busy lecturing us that he neglected to turn on the meter for two blocks. LOL! This guy would never hack it in Chicago.

I've never taken a cab sober (I haven't taken that many cabs). I've never had one forget to turn on the meter. I think I'd suffer a bit of a lecture for that. Wink

I love (eastern Europe). I skipped two weeks of lectures to be with my gf in Prague, Bratislava and Vienna. Completely broke but worth it.

This may not seem like too big a deal to anyone else but I was able to turn down my neurologist's offer to refill my oxycodone today. I'm a little embarrassed by how pleased I am with myself right now.

No, that seems like a huge deal, given how *amazingly addictive* narcotics can be. Congrats!

It's very pretty, and grand. I like that the main 'club' is located in a museum bar. Austrians are a bit boring though. Next stop is Budapest Smile

I've been to Austria a few times, met a few Austrians....and I wouldn't call them boring, they are very....proper.

Yay Finn!

I on the other hand am enjoying my tiny doses of valium. It has kept me calmer than I have been in a while (it is hard to notice how anxious you are when it is the normal state). I am on it for the muscle stuff too and it does help that too. Win win. I am on 4 mg per day and I have to break it up into 1 mg doses through the day because it makes me SOOOO fucking sleepy.

Also, successful sex last night - minimal pain. The valium must be helping. Injection thursday.
