A troll has jumped the shark.

I wonder how much time they spend writing things that aren't shocking or inflammatory. I wonder if they feel like a failure, you know? At least they're persistent, so they've got that going for them, which is nice.

i sort of appreciate the effort that goes into these little stories. it's a lot more amusing than the trolls who just want to argue with everyone. i figure good storytelling takes practice, just like everything else. maybe by the time they get good, they will realize that the subject they are on is kind of stupid, and move on to something better.

Yeah, I guess one can hope that eventually they'll get over their antiquated view of gender politics and have better things to do with their time then try and mock people who are already marginalized.

someone at work brought in a rum cake, emphasis on the rum.

it's Friday. and no work on Monday. I plan to sleep in all three days.

I have five minutes of work left to do and fifty minutes in which to do it. Smile

My dog has been acting generally shy and more docile than usual lately. Other male dogs have taken to mounting it and it got me thinking and all signs point to my dog being trans. We talked it over with our vet and let's just say that conversation didn't go very well. I forgot what a huge cishet bigot that quack vet was.

So after reading up on the internet, I'm happy to say that transgender dogs are found in nature. This makes me extremely happy, as you can imagine. A great Chinese website is willing to ship us over some hormones to mix into xir food to help prepare for the transitioning. After about six months of hormones, it's simply a matter of mixing a sedative into xir food, then taking the garden shears from the garage and completing the transition.

It's triggering to me to think about those garden shears because they were a 'gift' from some bigot ex neighbor of mine who I guess thought that a womyn's place was in the garden. Typical thoughtless gift from some tool of the Patriarchy, right? lol! But when the time comes, and my little puppy falls asleep and I make the final adjustment, I'll be thinking of that bigot neighbor of mine when my doggie's oppression rod gets snipped. Xe will be so happy when Xe wakes up and realizes Xe's now a complete womyn!

It's life's little pleasures like these that makes it all worth living.

You are speaking to people who are far too desensitized by the internet to be shocked by anything anymore.

You guys always make me smile. I always miss you all when I wander away, so why do I do it? Anyway, glad to be back!

My friend has offered to make me one of those "this is what a feminist looks like" shirts... which is cool because then I can have a feminism shirt made by a feminist, locally, printed with renewable ink and on organic cotton. It will be the most aware t-shirt I own...

I approve, but can't help feeling that you need to recycle it or donate it to charity just to complete the ethical full house... ;-D

All of my clothes that can be donated get donated, but hopefully it'll be a while. I want to enjoy my progressive shirt for a long time.

I think reuse would be better. Make it into a bag or rags or part of a t-shirt quilt after it's no longer useful as a shirt.

There's only one recognized way to reuse a T-shirt that has outlived its service life.
