| I like Halen's art. High standards are one thing it cannot overcome, unfortunately. |

Halen's an amazing painter. Have you seen the painting he did of his daughter? Incredible. He painted some lady's cats and put them on Facebook and I'm pretty sure from her reaction that she had his babies the minute she saw them. _________________ "Worse comes to worst, my people come first, but my tribe lives on every country on earth. I don't understand. Do horses need to be painted? Are they like cars? _________________

I heard painting racing stripes on them gives them 15 extra horsepower.
EDIT: Someone shoot me now that was awful. |

I apparently hate myself academically, or became so uncaring about grad school I am proactively starting to sabotage my school efforts.
So theres this exam, 10 ECTS , lots and lots of pages. Our book is 800ish pages long, we need to do most of it. It's a very dense overview of the field as well. Anyhow, I had three days to learn for it. That's, at best, doable. So the first day, as I was flying and sitting in the train, I played TD and watched a movie and come one give me a break. Second day though... I watched 4 movies. Thats it. I just woke up around four, and I am starting. I have been pushing deadlines closer and closer lately and it always works out; in the end. I am becoming cocky.
And now I am doing it and I am not even stressing out because who knows, i might just pass. Which is highly annoying because I don't want become an even more arrogant prick as I already am. Also: 21 days of non-smoking, had 3 in 3 weeks, kill me now.
TL;DR: student whining, 1st world problems, grow a pair, etc. _________________ When life gives you lemons, some people make lemonade. I just eat them and make a sour face. |

My wife's car got broken into last night. They took her CDs, which is negligible because they are CDs.
What they did do was leave a big ass knife IN the driver's seat.
Sure am glad to be moving out of that neighborhood. _________________ I have a face, with a mustache.

Yay free knife?
Bit weird that they just abandoned it though. You'd think a criminal would need a knife. Perhaps they can claim it as a business expense... |

Like stuck into the seat like some kind of melodramatic sign? Jesus. That's scary. How'd they get in? I had a car broken into and they got the ex's purse, but left Christmas presents in the trunk... they really got next to nothing, but it still cost me $180 to replace the window they busted (old car, not comprehensively insured).
Maybe it was someone who really likes you and is sad to see you leaving and the don't know how to express themselves. You know, silver lining. _________________ "Worse comes to worst, my people come first, but my tribe lives on every country on earth. Euphemisms... they were dead bodies. But! Since I didn't kill them I couldn't get in trouble, and, hey, free bodies.
Speaking of which, I should check that ebay listing. _________________ "Worse comes to worst, my people come first, but my tribe lives on every country on earth. I’ll do anything to protect them from hurt, the human race is what I serve." - Baba Brinkman |
