| Coincidentally enough someone I know took out 3 people before going down himself. It's all over my facebook wall. It might be he reserved the head shot for the person he hated the most. |

Just checking, but it's inappropriate if I make any jokes about this, right? Because people died and it's horrible, etc. But also, c'mon, there are jokes sat right there, waiting to be done. _________________

The second sentence was indeed a pun. It's fine, he was a total douche (he got his gf into meth). The other people weren't saints either.

that might explain why I seem to be categorically incapable of wrapping my head around anything close to the type of motivations that would lead to such crimes. "person I hate the most"? well, that would be me. apply headshot and..what? oh wait, no one else gets hurt. what a novel approach to killing yourself: doing it before you kill anyone else.
plus, guns kind of freak me out and I guess it would be difficult to take anyone else out with me with scotch and painkillers.

not to blame the hospital for what those three assailants are guilty of, but isn't there some sort of liability on the hospital's part, insurance or not? putting all that aside for the moment; monkey, I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. _________________ Formerly Green_Finn

Jesus Monkey that's awful. I don't understand why people seem to think that beating up homeless people is some kind of entertainment. Unless they were the clockwork orange types who are just violent psychopaths.
As for shitty things that happened to me:
1. Found out someone I used to hang out with in HS has gotten into doing blow (Coke).
2. Was walking outside for a smoke when I suddenly coughed up blood. Not much, but enough to be a little worrying. _________________ Ask not what you can do for your country, ask what your country did to you |

I think any coughing-up of blood is at the very least "not good" and should be checked out. If you can conveniently get to a doctor I think you ought to. _________________ BOHICA, Latin, second person imperative of the first conjugation verb bohicō, bohicāre, bohicāvī, bohicātum “Bend over, here it comes again” |

Sorry for this, Monkey. I sympathize with your loss, and empathize with your rage.

Amen.
Monkey, I hope they find the monsters who did that and also I hope there are repercussions on the hospital. So sorry to hear about your loss! |
